JONATHAN BLOCH JOINS TERN FINANCIAL GROUP BOARD

Directorship for Global Financial Data Titan

Montreal, CANADA (February 4, 2014) - TERN Financial Group Inc., an emerging financial services provider focused on the global relocation market today announced that Jonathan BlochBA, LLB, LLM has joined the company´s board of directors. As a member of the board of directors, Mr. Bloch will deploy his profound knowledge and insights concerning timely and consistent international financial services delivery to provide strategic direction to the company´s global operations.

Jonathan Bloch is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Exchange Data International Limited, a financial data provider with operations on four continents. Prior to establishing Exchange Data he served as Chief Executive Officer of Tenfore Systems, and was instrumental in that company’s sale to Morningstar Inc. in 2008.

In his capacity as consultant Jonathan Bloch has provided strategic direction and advice to a diverse group of clients including an investment holding company, utility consulting company, recruitment agency, trade association, publishers both in the USA and the United Kingdom, a facilities management company and financial services companies. He has undertaken extensive mergers and acquisition research for various companies.
